Size and Dimentions

Each letter measures approximately 12 cm high and 3 cm deep. Width varies depending on the letter to preserve its natural proportions.
How long will my order take?

Each order is handcrafted especially for you.

  • Production: 2–3 weeks
    Delivery: 1–5 business days within South Africa

We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully package every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll work with you to make it right.
Can I request a custom colour?

Yes! One of the joys of working with handmade ceramics is creating something truly unique. If you have a specific colour in mind, get in touch and we'll see what's possible. Custom colours may require additional development, so please allow a little extra time for your order.
How do I install my letters?

Every Kin & Kie letter includes built-in mounting holes for secure wall installation using screws.

If you'd prefer not to drill into your walls, you can also use high-quality adhesive strips, such as Command Strips, depending on your wall surface. This makes it easy to display your letters without permanent fixings.
