Kin & Kie creates handcrafted ceramic letters and décor, made to order in South Africa. Each piece is individually crafted with care, making every order unique.

Products

All of our products are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, glaze, texture, size and finish are a natural part of the handcrafted process and should not be considered defects.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Personalised Orders

Most Kin & Kie products are handmade specifically for your order.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, colours and selections before completing your purchase. Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to update pricing, products or promotions at any time without prior notice.

Production & Delivery

As our products are handmade to order, production times vary. Estimated lead times are provided on our website and at checkout.

While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our products or circumstances beyond our control.

Kin & Kie ceramic letters are decorative items and are not intended to be used as toys.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed securely and appropriately. Kin & Kie accepts no responsibility for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Kin & Kie's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
